Bad Day, Good-ish day

Yesterday - April 20

Not such a good day. I am not sure why..but I guess I gave myself permission to eat like crap for the last day of the month.

F/V - edamame for lunch...that is it.

A - Nada

W - only one bottle

Today - May 1

I decided I would get back on the WW bandwagon and try to work hard for 1 month. And hopefully 1 month is all it will take to make it a habit of forever.

F/V - edamame for lunch, 3 clementines for a snack, a veggie burger for supper. I had high hopes to have zucchini but sadly they were mushy and gross.

A - 30 Day Shred, day 1. Holy crap, I am exhausted. My arms are still shaking..it is crazy. I defintely need to buy it.

W - 2 bottles at work and 2 (probably 3 by the time I go to bed) glasses of water.

So I am doing ok. Here's to losing 10 pounds in a month!
