Good Veggie Day

So today, I had a good veggie day! Yay! Not so good fruit pizza and cookie dough day but that is another story.

F/V - spinach salad with broccoli, mushrooms and red peppers for lunch, strawberries for a snack and lettuce in my taco for dinner.

A - none...boo. (does coaching gymnastics for 2 hours count?)

W - 2 glasses this morning/afternoon, a glass tonight and a small water bottle.

So 2 for 3...not great, not bad. I am having a hard time with activity. And eating less sweets.

Better luck tomorrow...
