So today...
...was a good day goal wise. Not so good eating wise.
F/V - banana for breakfast, edamame for lunch, clementime for snack and a whole bag of broccoli for dinner (which is at least 2 possibly 3 servings).
W - 1 bottle at work and 2 big pink glasses at home.
A - Bollywood with the girls!
I would really like to be able to eat like a normal person but today I had cookies and candy at work and a whole dang thing of ice cream for dessert. I would like to say that I am trying....but that is probably a lie.
Can I start on May 1? :)
