My tummy hurts...

So I was all excited about doing the shred with Jeff when he got home and then while I was mopping the floor, my tummy started to hurt. And it still feels kinda icky... So no workout today...

F/V - dried cranberries with breakfast, brussel sprouts for lunch, mango for a snack, and zucchini, green, yellow and red peppers, white squash, and onion for dinner.

A - nope

W - 2 bottles...and boy they were a struggle...

I plan to run tomorrow if my stomach feels better...and then another week of work.
