Tonight's gonna be a good good night...
So today was a great day! I am so pumped that I started running again. And not with the all or nothing view as before, but if I want to walk, I will walk attitude. And it was great! First day out and I ran 1.5 miles and walked 1.5 miles. YAY!
F/V - I had broccoli, spaghetti squash and carrots for lunch, 1 clementine for a snack, 2 cups of watermelon when I got home, and mushrooms, green peppers and olives on my pizza.
A - walked at lunchtime (40 minutes) and RAN after work
W - 2 bottles at work, 2 glasses at home
Hurray for good days!
