So today...
...was a good day goal wise. Not so good eating wise.
F/V - banana for breakfast, edamame for lunch, clementime for snack and a whole bag of broccoli for dinner (which is at least 2 possibly 3 servings).
W - 1 bottle at work and 2 big pink glasses at home.
A - Bollywood with the girls!
I would really like to be able to eat like a normal person but today I had cookies and candy at work and a whole dang thing of ice cream for dessert. I would like to say that I am trying....but that is probably a lie.
Can I start on May 1? :)

Yeah...
So, I have not been logging on here to tell you how I am doing with my goals. And to be honest...they are going kind of poopy. I have not read a quality book, I have not been reading the Bible, I have not been running, I am not volunteering.
But I am working on being more healthy. And I will keep track of that HERE! :)
Here are my 3 goals: to eat at least 5 fruits or vegetables a day, to drink 2 water bottles of water, to get 30 minutes of activity a day. Simple enough, yes?
Well, we will see.
Tuesday, April 27
F/V - YES! I had spaghetti squash, broccoli and edamame for lunch, clementines for a snack, a veggie burger and potatoes for dinner.
W - YES! 2 and a half bottles at work, and two large cups at home.
A - YES! A walk with Ginny during lunch
Today
Not so good so far...
F/V - Clementine for a snack, baby carrots for lunch, dried cranberries for a snack (2 left for today) going to have zucchini for supper so I should be good...
W - so far, only 1 and a half bottles...but I generally get in a couple glasses at night.
A - Nope...not yet (maybe I can talk Jeff into going for a walk later...)
Late night update...
F/V - had zucchini and green beans for dinner and strawberries with my yogurtland (hey one step at a time here)
W - had a glass with dinner and another before bed...SCORE
A - walk to yogurtland (approximately 45 minutes)
YAY US!
