Jeff's momma and dad are visiting..yay! Can I keep up with my good fruits and veggies and water??? We will see...

Yesterday (Monday)

F/V - dried cranberries, spinach at lunch, two cuties for a snack, half a banana before work, potatoes and a veggie burger for dinner and 1/2 cup of strawberries with dessert.

A - none---coaching but thats it

W - 2 bottles before work and another after

Today:

F/V - banana for a snack, spinach and 2 servings of carrots for lunch, lettuce for dinner

A - again, none

W - 2 bottles at work and another at home.

My tummy hurts...

So I was all excited about doing the shred with Jeff when he got home and then while I was mopping the floor, my tummy started to hurt. And it still feels kinda icky... So no workout today...

F/V - dried cranberries with breakfast, brussel sprouts for lunch, mango for a snack, and zucchini, green, yellow and red peppers, white squash, and onion for dinner.

A - nope

W - 2 bottles...and boy they were a struggle...

I plan to run tomorrow if my stomach feels better...and then another week of work.

I forgot to log yesterday...it was a dec day until evening..actually until the dessert monster hit. Dang it.. oh well.

Friday, May 7

F/V - I had dried cranberries in my oatmeal for breakfast, spinach on my sandwich and carrots for lunch, a banana and a clementine for a snack and mushrooms, squash, zucchini, peppers and onions for dinner.

A - walked for 30 minutes with Alexis at lunch

w - two bottles at work and a glass at bedtime

Today

F/V - so far, an apple for a snack, mushrooms, squash, zucchini, peppers and onion for lunch, dried cranberries, and soon to have a couple cups of watermelon. (I don't know what we are doing for dinner, but I am sure that covers my veggie goal).

A - just ran/walked the 3.5 mile loop! Maybe doing Jillian when Jeff gets home...

W - two bottles at work and a glass right now...more to come I am sure.

Not doing bad on my goals! Finally!

Holy Crap..

We did Tae-bo at work today...What the heck!?!? There is nothing that even remotely resembled a beginner routine. Anyway...we did it...and then I did 30 Day Shred with Jeff. Tomorrow should be a running/walking day I think...

F/V - dried cranberries in my oatmeal, a banana as a snack, spaghetti squash, broccoli and pineapple for lunch, watermelon for a snack, and a veggie burger with spinach for dinner. BooYah Grandma!

Oh yeah...

Tonight's gonna be a good good night...

So today was a great day! I am so pumped that I started running again. And not with the all or nothing view as before, but if I want to walk, I will walk attitude. And it was great! First day out and I ran 1.5 miles and walked 1.5 miles. YAY!

F/V - I had broccoli, spaghetti squash and carrots for lunch, 1 clementine for a snack, 2 cups of watermelon when I got home, and mushrooms, green peppers and olives on my pizza.

A - walked at lunchtime (40 minutes) and RAN after work

W - 2 bottles at work, 2 glasses at home

Why?

So I don't really understand the mini-water bottles. It is like 4 oz. It is like one gulp of water and bam..done. I don't get it.

Today:

F/V - I had a banana for breakfast, pineapple and watermelon with lunch, spaghetti squash, broccoli and watermelon with dinner and cuties for a snack. Winner!

A - nope. Nothing again (well besides gymnastics).

W - 2 bottles at work and a cup at home.

So bad news with the activity. Tomorrow I will do 30 day shred..and Thursday, workout with the girls. Friday, we'll see..

Good Veggie Day

So today, I had a good veggie day! Yay! Not so good fruit pizza and cookie dough day but that is another story.

F/V - spinach salad with broccoli, mushrooms and red peppers for lunch, strawberries for a snack and lettuce in my taco for dinner.

A - none...boo. (does coaching gymnastics for 2 hours count?)

W - 2 glasses this morning/afternoon, a glass tonight and a small water bottle.

So 2 for 3...not great, not bad. I am having a hard time with activity. And eating less sweets.

Better luck tomorrow...

Housework...YES!

Oh the housework. Today, I put together a vacuum cleaner and sucked up something in the family of PigPen. It was so dirty, it was crazy! I kind of want to do it again tomorrow, just to see how much more dirt we have. But, probably will not...as I am sure there is other housework that could be done. I just love vacuuming so so much!

On to the goals. Today...not so hot...at all.

F/V - I honestly think that I had none. I mean, there was a little bit of carrot and avacado in the california roll. And some fruit in the fruit pizza. And some lettuce and tomato on the burger. But not nearly enough to be considered near my goal. So...NOPE.

W - Sporadically, I have had maybe 3 glasses. So one more would have me to my goal but I don't really want to be up peeing all night long. So..NOPE.

A - Well, I did spend the day cleaning house (mostly my love for vacuuming) and I did carry 97 pounds of groceries into our house all by myself. Plus Jeff and I played Wii for about 20 minutes. But I don't think I can really count that. So NOPE.

There you have it. No goals met today and I think I ate like 65 points of food. In the RED. Meaning that lots and lots of activity this week. Better happen.

But..tomorrow is another day.

Bad Day, Good-ish day

Yesterday - April 20

Not such a good day. I am not sure why..but I guess I gave myself permission to eat like crap for the last day of the month.

F/V - edamame for lunch...that is it.

A - Nada

W - only one bottle

Today - May 1

I decided I would get back on the WW bandwagon and try to work hard for 1 month. And hopefully 1 month is all it will take to make it a habit of forever.

F/V - edamame for lunch, 3 clementines for a snack, a veggie burger for supper. I had high hopes to have zucchini but sadly they were mushy and gross.

A - 30 Day Shred, day 1. Holy crap, I am exhausted. My arms are still shaking..it is crazy. I defintely need to buy it.

W - 2 bottles at work and 2 (probably 3 by the time I go to bed) glasses of water.

So I am doing ok. Here's to losing 10 pounds in a month!
